does it matter who you know
does it matter who you know
Who you know is a random thing or is it. You will know a relativly small group of people in life are they special or would at the end of the day any body have done. Do individuals matter.

Yes, you don't want to be dragged down into that crowd who watches daytime soaps, a crowd which interferes with your mental clarity and efficiency...You want to surround yourself, with those who provide mental advancement...jackles wrote:Who you know is a random thing or is it. Give me those in cyberspace [ do not engage in meatspace ] more intelligent than me / who think differently to me / who
think outside of the box / who have zero respect for any idea less it has been taken to pieces and its validity determined as
those are the types of individuals who I want to engage with. Since by doing so I am bettering my self for my modus operandi
is the acquisition of knowledge as I have no job or family so need something else to give my life meaning. And that is what it is
I have learnt so much since becoming an atheist four years ago and discovering a passion for physics and philosophy [ though I do
not claim to be an expert in either ] and academic subject matter in general and I hope to carry on that way till my final day. I do
not need friends as such but do however need intellectual stimulation and I get that online by frequenting a variety of rational sites
