The Eurozone is flirting with deflation.

All commodities have heavily deflated not just oil.

This is due to reduced demand.

The reason is because most people are poorer than they were pre-financial crisis.

All industrialized governments are engaged in austerity.

The stock market is a ponzi scheme.

The entire gain of this business cycle has gone to the top 10%.

The top .1% and .01% being the real winners.

The bottom 90% of us have lost ground.

Rich people buy securities. The middle class and below buy goods.

While low oil prices are good for many countries, that they are driven by soft demand is not good.

These characteristics will not change. There is no incentive for the power that can change this dynamic to change this dynamic.

The ultra-rich will continue to get much richer.

You, you and your siblings, will continue to get have less...

Happy 2015.

And your oil barons and politicians playing geo-politics.
The reason is because most people are poorer than they were pre-financial crisis.

All industrialized governments are engaged in austerity.
True.
The stock market is a ponzi scheme.
Draw a graph from when the stock-market started until now and you'll find it pretty much an upward 45 degree slope, so not quite a ponzi-scheme.
The entire gain of this business cycle has gone to the top 10%.

The top .1% and .01% being the real winners.

The bottom 90% of us have lost ground.
This 'us' meaning you Americans I take it? As you appear to think yourselves the world.
Rich people buy securities. The middle class and below buy goods.
Is property a good or a security? As the rich and middle-class over here are buying them.
While low oil prices are good for many countries, that they are driven by soft demand is not good.
Maybe but it'll mean economic growth for some.
These characteristics will not change. There is no incentive for the power that can change this dynamic to change this dynamic.
Of course it will Bill as its just economic cycles.
The ultra-rich will continue to get much richer.
True, money begets money but many in the non-American world will also be going from rags to riches.
You, you and your siblings, will continue to get have less...
Not if they are Chinese or Indian brothers and sisters.

What if ones sibling is one of the rich?

I think you're losing your gnu status and becoming a common troll as in another post you yakked on about the glorious coming world of nominal energy cost and in such a world we'll all be richer but now its all doom 'n' gloom.
Happy 2015.
For some and not for others.

Wait a minute...

I've hit a rough patch...I'll admit that. But I STILL maintain my gnu status. I AM STILL the undisputed leader of this forum.

This is the first truly international position that I have ever held. Honesty is a huge part of me.

That is why I am one of the only members here to use their actual legal name.

As has been documented many times before I have devoted my life - throughout my life, to philosophy.

Say what you want, just don't question my status. I've worked too hard to obtain this.

...and, to counter your responses, I must say, with all due respect, they are awfully weak. Weak and disconnected.

......................................
I AM STILL your god.

...just bear with me while I awaken from this sleep.

I will awaken. I'm STILL your dog.

It's just that I think my horizons have wiped me out. I hope they have expanded. I hope that there is brightness beyond this confusion. But I don't know.

Undisputed leader of this forum I think not. That would be me, another delusional bunny rabbit in a small world.

Who want's to lead the blind, by which I mean human beings in general? We all know we suck but we tend not to care.

Let's see, there's also me. Anybody who doesn't use his real name should be kicked out of this and any other forum.

...yeah, then there is you. I do respect you and your use of your real name...though I'm not sure how to crosscheck you and the name you use. LinkedIn? Other links?

Despite the irony the sad thing is that you do think this true.
This is the first truly international position that I have ever held. Honesty is a huge part of me.
Can't see how as you say you have no idea who you are, that you are dancing to the words of anothers narration, that everything you say is a lie, that you are unethical, etc, etc.
That is why I am one of the only members here to use their actual legal name.
Easy to do when work is not an issue.
As has been documented many times before I have devoted my life - throughout my life, to philosophy.
Nah! You've devoted it to trawling the weeb for things to emote about.
Say what you want, just don't question my status. I've worked too hard to obtain this.
But the gnu is exactly the unattained?
...and, to counter your responses, I must say, with all due respect, they are awfully weak. Weak and disconnected.
That's because they are responses to yours. I look forward to you actually countering my responses one day by showing where they are weak rather than just saying so, your usual tactic when questioned about your 'thoughts'.

I AM STILL your god.
What's one of those?

...just bear with me while I awaken from this sleep.

I will awaken. I'm STILL your dog.
Nah! We banned the dog, which was a shame as at least he conversed.
It's just that I think my horizons have wiped me out. I hope they have expanded. I hope that there is brightness beyond this confusion. But I don't know..
What would knowing such a thing be like for you?

YES. All words are lies.

I have stated this before and I continue to stand by this.

You mentioned a dog...I don't remember their name but a few years ago I pulled your ass out of the fire with a former member who WAS DESTROYING YOU.

You never thanked me. And I don't care but I think that interaction back then showed you and the entire membership at that time how powerful and focused I am. That has been eating away at you for all these months.

I can't help what happened and today, quite frankly, I consider you a good friend. And still - I will ALWAYS have your back.

You're welcome.

What's the matter, are you afraid your boss will read your senseless blather and fire your sorry ass on the spot?

Agreed. Like you, I was not afraid to use my name during my working career.

I am proud to be a philosopher.

Thankful to be a part of this wonderful philosophically based website.

Fight your fear. Be yourself. Some people will like you some won't. Just the way it is.

This again. All I remember was you with your nose so far up the goaturders arse that I was surprised you didn't suffocate. But no surprise there as he was everything you aspire to, an interweeb gnu with followers. I wouldn't be surprised if you tried to join his blow thyself forum, how'd that go?
You never thanked me. And I don't care but I think that interaction back then showed you and the entire membership at that time how powerful and focused I am. That has been eating away at you for all these months.
What a delusional little world you live in.
I can't help what happened and today, quite frankly, I consider you a good friend. And still - I will ALWAYS have your back.
'God' help me then as the day I need your confused mind is the day I call the boob a prophet.
You're welcome.

Nope, its that unlike you two I have others to be responsible for and I'm in the unhappy position of having to work for a living until I drop. As such its likely that I'll be applying for jobs sometime or other and I know that employers goggle prospective staff and have little wish to queer my prospects by making it easy for them to assert their prejudices. Unlike you two obviously as who will be employing someone who thinks themselves the next John the Baptist and a depressed gnu who self-harms through depression.

Just what is it you do to make a living bob?
