There is no major disagreement that he was ethnically Middle Eastern-Jewish, though some question what exactly that looked like at that time although there is a scholarly consensus that first century Jews from Judea were Levantine Middle Easterners.

Nah! That's your interpretation, a much more sensible one is that he was taken to a place where Herod didn't rule. You ignore that Herod had no idea what he looked like and that Eygpt would have been a pretty multi-racial kinda place. You also ignore that Jesus was a Jew and say what you like about them they certainly know how to conserve the race so its much more likely he looked like the first image I posted but Osama certainly fits the white iconography of the images of Christ don't ya think.

So what? As none of them had seen him. Still what they show is a dark-skinned person and contrary to your beliefs not all dark-skinned people are negroids.
