Another nauseating Americanism. Please keep it to yourself.
Who pissed in your cereal this morning veggie?

FYI Veggie, Saint Nicholas or Sinterklaas/Santa Claus originated in Europe, NOT the Americas.

Oh and keep your uptight bitterness to yourself as well. Smile, it might just make you feel good. ;)
Give me a break. 'Happy holidays' is PC yank bullshit, invented so as not to 'offend' anyone by saying 'merry xmas' (which is almost as annoying but at least it's 'real' and came about before the PC cuntpolice took over the world).

Actually, happy holidays works for me...(thanks sphere you too) I celebrate Christmas and Chanukah...not that I or my husband are that religious. I just like celebrating in general.

Well bully for you. Just don't say it to me. Some countries actually still have a smidgen of their own culture left, that hasn't quite been completely poisoned with Americanisms yet. How is it bigoted to resent an alien culture taking over one's own, much better, one? I drove up a street the other night and was practically blinded because every house was lit up like a Jamaican whorehouse. Bloody blow-up Santas, reindeers, and fuck knows what else. Fucking stupid yank custom--tacky, tasteless, and criminally wasteful of resources.

Does EVERYONE have to have a frigging label and box in your world??? You might as well say the English were 'angry reactionaries' for not wanting to be taken over by Germany, or any other country that doesn't want to be taken over by an alien culture. Countries go to war for that very reason. Oh, must be all 'angry reactionaries'. It's just a shame that the US 'culture' is all about LACK of culture, absence of taste, and general tackiness i.e. 'dumbing down'.

I picture a bitter old person, (actually thought it was a female, but maybe not, if AS knows), that's absolutely PERFECT, at least in their mind, spitting venom at everyone that doesn't see things their way. Nah, it really doesn't matter as we ALL die in the end anyway.

Happy Death, to everyone! (<-this is for Veggie.)
Happy Holidays to all those not yet so utterly JADED! Those that enjoy the endorphins of laughter and big smiles, to help stave off all the bitterness of all the utter crap in the world!

Yeah I know I got a little too much bitterness in me too, huh? Hey! I'm working on it!

Everyone builds their own box and label for each forum they are on. If you don't like the box you're is, just remember, you built it.

Actually, thedoc, there are in fact two sides to that equation. Though it's not always an equal sign separating the terms, sometimes, it's the approximately equal sign, and at others it's the not equal sign. The problem though, is, that 'universally' no one really knows, absolutely, which it is, in all truth, that is.

Happy Holidays, thedoc, and everyone else...
