I watch Family Feud (probably all reruns).
I don't know if this is due to the station or the show itself. Every airing I watch has a black family versus a non black family. I've never seen a black family versus another black family nor a white family versus another white family.
To my knowledge this show is US based. Also I recall watching this show on another channel with the same makeup in the family rivalry.
In the US when I checked recently, the percentage of blacks was 13%, yet the show would have you believe it's 50%.
I turn the floor over to you for your comments.

Reverse discrimination?
Re: Reverse discrimination?
I think you mean affirmative action or positive discrimination. Your example seems to be a playing out of T.V. stereotypes.Philosophy Explorer wrote:I watch Family Feud (probably all reruns).

Re: Reverse discrimination?
I think they do it to heighten the show to make it seem more dramatic (assuming it's the responsibility of the show).
