Electromagnetic scheme.

My opinion about this EM scheme.
1)
In the zero point an electron must work ( because there isn't EM effect without electron)
Electron's work means that IT rotates around its axis ( impuls h*)
This kind of rotation creates electrical ( vertical) waves.
2)
These electrical waves meet surrounded specific particles - protons
3)
These protons before were in chaotic state but the electron's waves
changed protons positions into harmonical / symmetrical static position
( north - south )
4)
In this conditions protons can create magnetic ( horizontal) waves.

Excuse-me, the electron and proton are they stable in time ? I ask the question, because I believe to know that electromagnetic waves have no weight (understood as photons), although they have an impact...

Light's celerity is what ? I mean: if we accord just in the time of this point the "scholastic" theories, celerity of light - knowing c - is certainly a longitudinal speed.

But in this scholastic, I remember that the light move on a wave (in the traditional representation).

And I think you guess my question:
In this case, it would assume that having a longitudinal speed c, "non overtakable", but also a transversal speed in moments due to transversal acceleration, it would mean that in some instants, the total speed could be more than c in the void...

in my opinion:
1) neither electron nor proton are stable in time.
2) in some instances the speed of photon can be more than its constant speed c=1.

There are different kinds of EM waves.
Every EM wave is produced by quantum particle.
Different particles produce different EM waves only by one (1) scheme.
