I don't think that a cartoon character has much to do with "non-locality" and "locality" - the two terms that are more so used in Quantum Mechanics. Simply put, it has more to do with the fact that people remember Mr. Magoo possibly more because of the memories they may have had back in the 1960s. So really, it's more about the mind and social influence on society.

wanderlands a local thing can do right by another local thing and that is providents but the providents as a singular thing of its self has to be nonlocal to the event.and not of its self the providents that is be a moving thing in any terms of that word.

I believe this can be also termed as universality and particularism, which is something that is beyond science and goes into a lot more of philosophy and spirituality.

Neither is religion or philosophy for that matter. If I had to place them in order of specialness though based purely on the pragmatic I'd go religion > philosophy > science but there you go. Religion is too much of a mess to really be effective, although they do do a lot of work for charity, and do comfort people, albeit in my view from a position of ignorant faith; one cannot however dismiss such utility just because of one's own perspective. Philosophy and science are inter related disciplines but I'd plump for science simply because 100 years ago I would of been listening to wireless right now, likely with no electricity and unless I was rich I would have to walk or use public transport to get anywhere, and that on its own is probably enough, but the advances in sanitation and medicines, the extension of life expectancy and the curing of some very nasty illnesses, to name but a few advances, means, speaking purely on practical terms, science is the clear winner, still we need to send a nod philosophies way for universal suffrage and other human rights, formal logic (not for me I think it's gibberish), mathematical infinities (maybe just maths but I think it's both given the discussions around the subject), quantum interpretations amongst others in science, advances in consciousness theory. I'm having a hard time thinking of anything else religion has done for the world lately that I didn't already mention... :S
