My advice is to just leave the people of the 3rd and 4th world alone and mind our own business. "Duty of Assistance" is nothing but codeword for superiority and the wanting to assimilate "backwards" peoples into the new world of barbaric consumerism and commercialization. The only thing the Western world has done for the rest of the world is colonize, mutilate, and gut out their own identity and spirituality. On top of that, they establish governments onto the colonized peoples that do business with the corporations and banksters of the wealthy Western world.
