Black Power & the Poison Book
I like his presentation and I think his message is an important one that needs to be expressed.

Re: A Guy in My Neighborhood
Bill, as much as I appreciate your exploring of Islam and maybe also the Black nationalist version of Islam, I believe that you ought to think about the immense hate that racial nationalists (including Black nationalism) promote against other races; in this case, hatred towards White people.
Considering that you're White yourself, you should not be guided by emotion and support a group that's against White people, just because Black people have been oppressed and mistreated by a nation represented by White people. Those people would not like you, all because you're White, so it's not wise to promote this kind of racial hatred on this website or anywhere.

Hate and fear are really positive and powerful motivators.
Christ preached love, acceptance, and understanding and we crucified him. Rightfully so.
We are basically hateful, greedy and selfish.
Come to think of it... hate and fear is about the only thing of ours that has no limitations.

Didn't you say that fear is not how we do philosophy once? Also, how can fear and hate generate positivity when it brings nothing but strife and division? Both do not solve anything.

Fear is not how we do philosophy.
There, I said it again.
......................................
A positive motivator is one that motivates. Fear does that. Very well...Fear & hate.
...nothing is ever solved; we're humans...

Re: A Guy in My Neighborhood
Fear only motivates us to coward and hide, while hate only motivates us to destroy things rather than solve them. Fear and hate are only manipulated and distorted emotions that have been manipulated and distorted because we have not used the proper time to study emotions and learn how to reduce them so we can think and do Philosophy. Thus, your saying that "fear is not how we do philosophy", and yet saying that's all we have and not giving solutions to curb fear (especially when it is a detriment to any motivation other than cowardess) is one big loopy contradiction and is only an excuse to not solve anything.
If nothing can be solved, then what's even the point of motivation?

You used a lot of words...but you didn't get it.
Try less words. You're not making any sense...Or you're not making a good point.
Try again...

You are such a turd, Bill whoever you are. Yeah, we get it. You've learnt how to post moving photos.
Re: A Guy in My Neighborhood
He's not a "turd" because he posts pictures, anyone can do that and be my guest, it's more I think to do with the fact that is all he does, and half the time no one can remotely understand what the hell his point was. Call me old fashioned but I think communication is a two way street, when asked to communicate what you mean just posting something that you don't understand and no one could over and over again just makes the forum process a bit of a chore. Apparently some would agree to disagree. The people who post a couple of sentences in reply to a post that had at least 53. That somehow think that just covers it. Laziness is what it is, if you can't be assed to join the disussion in any way that means anything to anyone don't bother. Log off come back when you have time to join the conversation, Dave clearly doesn't have the time.
Yeah roll another fat one mate, stroll on.
Frankly I think there should be a minimum to be comprehensible rule, ie a rule that says you have to make sense to someone at some point and not just babble. Frankly I think that suggestion is as like to find it's mark as a dart thrown by a blind man with his teeth whilst tap dancing towards it's target on the moon. But the point needs to be made. If you're too lazy to discuss something that makes sense, without using three words, or even if you write three hundred and it's in Greek, or too lazy to discuss something without making an effort to actually discuss something, don't bother. You're just wasting everyone's time, and more importantly why are you wasting your own too?
Bob you can post one word if it suffices the context, but posting none that mean anything to anyone, or posting so few that they adress little or nothing about what someone says, that is just disrespectful. Posting anything pivture wise with some odd language that makes sense only in your head, and when being asked to clarify you just post another picture that makes even less sense with more word wank, that is disrespectful. Make some fucking sense, what are you a child of 1? If I ask the average child of five to make sense about what they want to eat they don't give me a photograph of a church, then say me want something large, give me a hand shake. You'd expect a grown up to do better than a child of 5, they'll say I want chips! or I want mashed potato, what they wont do is prolong the agony by talking cavernous ass as if it's fucking clever, some people need to eat, some food would be nice Dave.

Bill, your weariness and cynicism are showing, as is your determination to enlighten at least one of us.

Agree with and chuckle at your wry sense of humor, also not ignoring the "sensibility" that comes with it.
