I think you're a bit confused as if we had this,

... The governments only legitimate role is to protect people from each other, and outside forces, not from themselves.

HA!

No worries...I'll never seek election or appointment to office.

No self-respecting anarchistic sociopath would... ;)

Wasn't a worry. Was just pointing out to thedoc that he'd have no taxes to pay for his randian thought.

Oh! By Mad Fred did you mean Nietzsche? Engels? Lange? Hoyle?

Back to the health policy of the AEP, are there any objections to the theoretical framework of it?

A_uk,

I meant the Uber Man himself.

#

Bob,

My objection is up-thread.

Repeating: your notion is simply to replace one bit of communitarian crap with another.

Either way (ACA or AEP): I'm expected to submit.

No.

You seem to forget, my friend, that the thread begins, "If the government determines that a certain level of healthcare should be available to everyone, there is only one proper way to accomplish it." Yes, I understand that you want nothing to do with government or taxes, but people like you represent far less than 1% of the population, and the rest of us need to deal with government and healthcare. From that perspective, I'm asking if there are any objections to the theoretical framework of the AEP's health policy.

Where as political dinosaurs like you bob represent no one and never will, which is why libertarianism will never exist in any form.

You, my friend, are unable to formulate or advance your own argument, or attack somebody else's; you are devoid of argumentative ability of any kind; you are only able to attack people, and in a very superficial way, I might add.

"If the government determines"

pffftt!

Don't care what 'it' determines.

Well, my friend, you may not care what the government determines, but if it determines to throw you behind bars, your shotgun won't help you in the least.

"...if it determines to throw you behind bars..."

Again: only if 'it' can catch me.

Not only will the government catch you, they'll probably waterboard your ass.
