Unfortunaly people are judged by evidense and evidense has been falsefyed through history, even in recent decade a Texas govenor pardoned about 30 death row inmates, because the lab had falsefyed evidense and many innocent people had been put to death.lancek4 wrote:I believe people who meet certain criminal criteria through reasonable due process of law should be put to death, barring very limited appeal, immediately.

Sure death penalty can save up huge sums of money, but on the other hand it kills too many innocent people.
