Ethics isn't perfect!

Should you think about your duty, or about the consequences of your actions? Or should you concentrate on becoming a good person?

Apparently the stats say they have more.

Don't listen to Imp. American liberals believe government is the most efficient way to solve the overpopulation problem. People like Imp would have us all still running around with guns trying to trap and/or kill our food for survival. Bang! "Shot the neighbors dog, Honey! We eat for the next 3 days at least! That's what I'm talking about!" (high five)

And yet the world consistently has a larger population with each passing generation. So much for THAT solution...NEXT!

Education and work opportunities for women appears to have been the best birth-control so far.

Hi Arising, Sorry...I didn't make myself clear. When I talked about the 'overpopulation problem' and efficiency, I wasn't talking about how to keep the population small, I was talking about the most efficient and humane way to solve the various problems that will worsen with each passing decade due to our population growing. My concern is how to get the most bang for your buck so to speak until we can no longer sustain life on earth.

Why should people go without food and shelter and medical care, when there are practical ways we can solve that problem?

I believe it is irresponsible to fight against solutions that can benefit the most people most of the time and at the same time help the economy. I know that nothing will be perfect, but surely we can do better than the republican solution which is to do nothing.
