Just curious, when are you going to start?
Ok, new plan! Let's clog every thread with zillions of little pointless blurb posts like this until this forum is nothing but a big stinky dog turd!

Oh wait, we already did that. Sorry, sorry, I forgot....

No, how it's done is to actually go do it and if it's based upon such experience then it may well work.
How it's done is to hold the hand of those who were dropped on their head as a baby, and explain to them again and again, over and over, why it wouldn't help anything for any of us to post world class philosophy with impeccable manners.
Give me an example and then moderate your own thread as the mods have requested. Until then I'm happy that the drop still hasn't caused me to produce logical contradictions and stick by them upon a philosophy forum.

Arising, you [redacted]. This has been explained to you about 14 times now. Please [redacted].
Give me an example and then moderate your own thread as the mods have requested.
It's not possible to moderate your own thread on this forum you [redacted]. And it wouldn't do any good if I could, as [redacted].

Finally, for the 19th time, I have never claimed I am good moderator material, and have instead honestly disclosed a number of times that I am not, which [redacted].

You are so correct, this thread has been a wonderful source for the illucidation of those perusing this fountain of information. Adding to one's repertoire should never be viewed in the negative, but can only enrich one's experience.

Oh yea? Well, uh, sputter, um....

I mean, I'd really like to see things from your point of view, really I would, but [redacted]. Anyway, like I was saying, [redacted].

Hey, before I forget, [redacted].

NOTE: I googled all these myself!

Damn it, did I misread the title again Philosophy Now, it seemed a sinch that it would be a philosophy forum, my lawyers will contact you for falsely identifying yourself as a philosophy forum, and I expect 1 trillion dollars for the mental damage this whole fiasco has caused me. ;)

Ok seriously though, anywhere that promotes free thought is a philosophical gold mine, even the post that says this forum does not promote philosophy is philosophy, even if this was straight out of 1984 or Franeheit 456362634^1000.

Discussing why something is something is what philosophy is about, that and apparently drinking copious amounts of absinthe or whatever. :)

No idea what all the stuff was you appear to have said and little interested but if you mean the stuff about subscriber bases, etc, then these are feeble excuses, especially from someone who claims to have identified a need and claims knowledge of the area. This is the difference between you and someone like Rick Lewis as he just went ahead and did it whereas all you appear to do is roam around bemoaning things.
It's not possible to moderate your own thread on this forum you [redacted]. And it wouldn't do any good if I could, as [redacted].
You certainly are hard of thought aren't you. The mod has repeatedly told you that if the originator of a thread requests via PM or the report function that a post be removed and gives good grounds then the mod will look favourably upon such a request, hence it is possible to moderate ones own thread upon this forum. Its just that you would prefer others to do your work.
Finally, for the 19th time, I have never claimed I am good moderator material, and have instead honestly disclosed a number of times that I am not, which [redacted].
You're preaching to the converted here. As anyone upon a philosophy forum who continues to maintain a logical contradiction when its pointed out to them should be kept well away from its moderator functions.

Looks like a mod has decided to do as you wish.

You should consider your self lucky I've been to some forums where questioning the thought police even in your head would result in you being banned. And I only which I was joking, there are some places like that. :S

From thread starter:
Philosphy = love of wisdom
Wit and wisdom: etymologically inseparable :D

One man's shit, could be another man's Manure, which grows good things for everyone. You can't eat Pearls, even though they are pretty. Which is of more value? Nutrition for the mind? or pretty baubles for the eye?
