To My Naked, Overly Intellectual, Friends

For me, philosophy is not a competition.

It's an individual relationship with consciousness.

It's not that I don't believe in reading or intellectualism.

Quite the contrary.

It's just, again, for me, when it comes to my personal relationship with philosophy, at this point in my life, our intellect is just a function. A piece in our overall make-up as human beings.

The more I can become detached from my thoughts, my intellect, the better I feel I can understand my self; the clearer I can see.

That's my path though.

I feel like a moth to a flame and I will eventually succumb my life in the pursuit of gaining consciousness perceptions; In the pursuit of philosophy.

That's me.

For you I think you need to continue to read. You need to read more books. I think that is a good thing for you and I give you my blessings.

I have no beef with you or anyone else here.

I wish you the best
and I hope you continue to grow, in you own way, as a dedicated philosopher.

I've stated in length before but it's worth repeating...When it comes to philosophy or philosophical perceptions the disheveled alcoholic is just as valid as the degreed academic. Perhaps even more valuable. For the alcoholic or drug addict will probably speak in a plain, straight forward manner.

I want Rick to recognize that. I want him to mature to that point.

I want Rick Lewis to ask me, as a member of this active forum, for an article to be published in his magazine.

No. Better yet, I want Rick Lewis to eventually beg me for an article for his Philosophy Now Magazine. I now picture Rick like a Southern Belle reluctantly begging for her first taste of Alabama blacksnake. Afraid to let me see her growing want. She toys with feigned denial.

For now, like a big buck, I'm going to continue to milk my snake right in front of her. And watch her lily white face go limp in amazement as I stroke my blood-gorged brain cells and eventually blow another load of metaphors all over her face.

I remember seeing a picture of Rick's face. All I can see are his eyes. I don't remember any other characteristics of his face. He wore a half-mask like the girls do at the Marty-Gras here in America. My mind cannot tell the difference in his eyes between male and female. When will his eyes stop begging me?

Oh well. I digress.

We are never going to think our way out.

That is why I continue to use images, GIFs and colorful yet simple wording.

Good luck to all my fellow members
and thank you for reading this thread...

Open your quivering mouth wide. Get ready to take me. Philosophy enters us through our mouth, our eyes, our ears. All our senses.

Thoughts are where real philosophy comes to die.

All of us, as apprentices, look through the discarded bones and carcasses of words
to find clues as to how to become alive on another plane. And in that way we are all the same. Equally beggars.

Are you cracking up, Bill? But as a drunk and a philosopher, I commend you.

This will give the Chicken something to do when he comes in a 1.30 am after unsuccessfully cruising the gay bars of London.

Who is "the Chicken?" Are you saying Bill is gay? Cleveland isn't London though.

You would never make a private detective with that deduction.
The Chicken is the one who is stalking Bill with his bullshit toy philosophy perspective.
You can follow the story on Bill's post about giving up all possessions.
Its turning into a soap opera .
It's pretty good and I am kicking Chicken ass.

 Albeit in a slurred and totally incomprehensible manner. Yours is the 'philosophy' of the unearned.
I want Rick to recognize that. I want him to mature to that point.

I want, I want, I want. Thats the difference between you and Rick Lewis, when he wanted something he went out and did it. It's called maturity.

You're going to be forever eternally waiting .
No. Better yet, I want Rick Lewis to eventually beg me for an article for his Philosophy Now Magazine. I now picture Rick like a Southern Belle reluctantly begging for her first taste of Alabama blacksnake. Afraid to let me see her growing want. She toys with feigned denial.
The only denial here is yours.

What a wanker.

Seek help for your delusions as your 'philosophy' is not working for you.
We are never going to think our way out.
Of what?
Get ready to take me. Philosophy enters us through our mouth, our eyes, our ears. All our senses.
 So basically you just want to fuck us. Gnu I name thee.
Thoughts are where real philosophy comes to die.
What is this 'real' philosophy?
All of us, as apprentices, look through the discarded bones and carcasses of words to find clues as to how to become alive on another plane. And in that way we are all the same. Equally beggars.
[/size]
And some of us live in the real world and like being alive in it. Your 'philosophy' is the oblivion of the mystic and tool of the oppressor. Don't think, don't write, don't talk. Words are meaningless, thoughts are impossible, logic is pointless, all designed to beggar what makes us human.
