You live in a dream world, there is very little melting in the American pot. Come to the UK to see this or try Brazil. Here you'll find the younger generation has black women with white men.

Trust me. White women in America thrive for African-American men. For the most part, African-American men love engaging white women.


There is an aura of sexual dominance and submission that is taking place on a refreshingly wide scale here in the US of A.

You live in a world of sexual fantasy but there is nothing new in American male misogyny nor the cultural master/slave sexual history but I have no doubt that your country is that far behind the times.

I think you need to be more consistent in your racialism so its either white women and black men or English/Irish/Polish/European/whatever-American women and African-American men.

Are you? Not the experience of a mixed race British couple I know who lived there for a few years.

Do you actually read the wiki articles you link?

The trouble with statistics without context is one, that they are meaningless and two, that they are obviously being used to support a belief rather than the facts. So your doubling sounds nice but if you're basing it upon your wiki link and the 2010 figure then it's just under 3% of your population and just under 6% for your under eighteens. Now given the time I think that hardly describes a melting pot.

What did amaze me is that all your states actually had laws against such marriages and that nearly half your states didn't abolish them until 1967!

Still, I accept that everywhere, including the States such affairs are on the up and it bodes ill for the racists.

Not sure the British figures are much better tho' but then again, from what I can see, many of our interracial bondings rarely involve marriage or even two parents but definitely lots of interracial kids.
The nice thing I've noticed with the younger generation is the increase in black girls with white boys.

Africans, in general, have much bigger penises than Caucasians so there is a natural attraction for both both white girls and black girls towards black, in this case, African-American men.


White boys, generally, get the leftovers...

ANSWER: I'm interested in the subject of bankruptcy. I practiced bankruptcy law, and a municipality filing a petition was of interest. And the filing by Detroit, once a great city, was definitely of great interest. So I decided to investigate.

Last week I finished reading Devils Night http://www.amazon.com/Devils-Night-Detr ... ev+chafetz which was shocking to me.

I did not know that Detroit was a great American city with over 2 million residents. The majority population was white. But, in 1967, the city had the worst race riot in U.S. history. Federal troops had to be called in to restore order. 43 people died.

WHITE FLIGHT TO THE SUBURBS FROM BLACK CRIME BEGAN.

In 1973, Colman Young, the city's first black mayor, took over. He was openly antagonistic to whites and the suburbs - AND THE WHITE FLIGHT ACCELERATED - the city now has 700,000 and an insufficient tax base. The population is 89% black.

BLACK'S HAVE CONTROLLED THE CITY'S GOVERNMENT FOR SIXTY YEARS.

The author Kersey argues that the Blacks, not the loss of the auto industry, OR EXCESSIVE LABOR UNION CONTRACTS, OR LIBERALISM, are responsible for the decline of the city from a great city built by Whites, to what it is now - a high crime hell hole controlled by Blacks!

Rather, Blacks are not entrepreneurs, innovative, or creative in starting businesses and producing goods and services.

He contends that whenever a city gets a majority Black population and Blacks control the government, it is inevitable that the city will decline. Whites will flee from Black criminality.

Now I wonder if any economists are studying the relationship between race and economic activity.

Paul Krugman, Nobel winner and celebrated liberal economist, published an ignorant or a deceptive column, that is simply astounding every time I read it:

But, Krugman doesn't mention that Detroit (lost auto industry) is 89% Black and Pittsburgh (lost steel industry) is 85% White.

Yes, when relevant.

The old Black Duluth families were good, law-abiding, successful people. One client was a fireman, his brother a cop. Bill Maupins' kids were physicians and lawyers. A client, Wesley Coleman, got a BA in business administration. He always was employed by the major companies. Once, when he worked for a bank, I walked by and saw him in the window seated at a BARE DESK. He was doing nothing. In a later conversation, he told me that on his jobs he was never given any challenging work. One morning his mother called to say that he had died during the night. I HEREBY ALLEGE THAT THE WHITE BUSINESSMEN WHO TREATED HIM AS A TOKEN KILLED HIM.

Duluth is and always has been 99% White. In the 1960"s the city lost its U.S. Steel plant, its major employer. Then in the 70's it lost its Air Force Base, a significant employer. But, unlike Detroit (lost auto industry - 89% Black) and like Pittsburgh (lost steel industry - 80% White) Duluth has diversified its economy and is today relatively prosperous.
