SpheresOfBalance, please note the thread title, which clearly states this thread is about personal attacks. I'm afraid both of us have wandered off topic, and it's about time we got back to the subject.

For my part, I insist that you personally are nothing more than an orange flavored dingdoodle, with a side of fries. And, I have it on good authority that your nose looks exactly like Jimmy Durante's big toe. So there!

Sorry, But I won't play a childish game. I, strongly, made my point known, that of self proclaimed elitism, and it's evils, by those that would insist they know, as if they necessarily could, as they exclude others, in a universe of relativity. You apparently didn't like it, and seemingly threw a temper tantrum, and started the condescension, aimed at me. Everyone is ignorant of one thing or another, I know I am, of a great many things.

During your outburst, you even went so far as to insinuate that children don't count, I guess you either don't have any, or hate the fact that you do. While I might agree that children shouldn't necessarily be exposed to things before their time, this is not what you meant. If my child saw and understood the basics of philosophizing, and attempted to do so, I'd place a gold star on their paper, and place it on the refrigerator, telling them that they did a fine job, as I'm sure they would for their particular level.

But you then, would discount their level, because you see that it's below yours. Do you know what relativity is? Because surely there are those at a higher level than yours, and you'd be extremely peeved if they discounted and excluded you, and would prefer they accepted you. Do you understand that many, only buy into such a concept, so as to promote themselves into the ranks, of a group that they need to see as elevated, to appease their low self esteem? That they see themselves as greater, as a pat on their own backs, to offset their deficiency, of the wanting, of being more than what they think they are? It's all in their mind. It's shameful to only understand such a concept, once one is caught by it.

I surely wouldn't tell them that they were unimportant to consider, anyone! Everyone is important enough to be heard, as long as they earnestly try, yes even a child that is philosophizing about crayons. I wonder who else has room for them? I think it would be a very nice touch indeed, if here on Ricks philosophy forum, was a thread started by a child, on the philosophy of colors. Basically attesting to the fact that anyone can be a philosopher, that it's not a group of elitists. Such that more readily, his magazine might be more accepted by a broader range of people, thus increasing circulation, to edify those of relatively meager means.

And now you're rejecting a perfectly fine childish game, apparently because it doesn't rise to the level of your superior philosophical maturity sophisticated intellect thingy.

Non-sequitur, I didn't say that your wants be excluded, I just said that I wouldn't play, which is my prerogative. Rick and the powers that be, have allowed you and yours, as they are not some death defying threat. I'm sure you may find someone at your level, whether it be higher or lower, which was my point in the first place, to be all inclusive of those that try their best. I rest my point, as if you don't understand it by now, there is nothing more I can add to make it clearer.
