Are the rhinos still endangered and is it becoming more likely they'll be poached out of existence? If the answer is yes and since we've been trying to protect them this way for decades it appears the solution is not working. Do I have to remind you that my question to the picture was "What would you accept as sense?" as it was obvious that the intent and meaning of the post was the answer, no, and I think there is sense in the picture its just not what some would like.
