Re: Hydrogen
Which means what then in reference to your post?

Hydrogen is a colorless, odorless gas that, given long enough, begins to think about itself.

Bill, is this a reference to the Wow theory? If it is then it would allow for the universe to experience only a brief moment of consciousness after the inflationary period of the Big Bang. I would think that given long enough entropy would be a major problem.

Interesting idea. Where did you get it?

Things may appear much more complicated here. That is true.
Underneath the seemingly separate and increasingly complex manifestations is one constant; Hydrogen.
As far as where I obtained the idea; the system - as I stated before, I was in an ashram; I studied esoteric Christianity for a while...

Sounds interesting Bill.
So is it a blend of Eastern and Western religions?

And where in it did you find a reference to it thinking about itself?Bill Wiltrack wrote:Science
You appear to forget that Hydrogen is still about in vast quantities and appears to not be thinking at all. So I presume you think there Hydrogen and then theres Hydrogen.

First of all, I want to thank everyone who has participated in this thread.
This topic, of an important philosophical concept, has exceeded all of my expectations.
Thank you.
Hydrogen weaves it's chemical web through all things.
Hydrogen can be vast, as it is in space or it can be the foundation of human consciousness when we touch the gods.
We are hydrogen.
It's amazing. Philosophically, just amazing.

Seriously Bill, has it never occurred to you that the force of words is in their being apposite rather than big?Bill Wiltrack wrote: Thank you.
