"the instinctive man", whats one of these? Is it the same as what the rapist sees?

If you actually paid attention to such things you'll see its not the eyes but the muscles around them that make the impact. The best you can get from the eyes are the NLP eye positions and pupil dilation and contraction(which takes some practice to consciously notice).
