This is a combined philosophy, explaining the universe using Yin and Yang. It is only a theory, so it stays speculation. However, facts were used to reach many of these conclusions and when I nearly got to the end; I realized I was actually figuring out a story.
Many, many centuries ago the universe came to existence. It was created by “The balance”. It’s a universal law that keeps everything equal, everyone satisfied and gives upon those- what they deserve. The balance is solid, in place and cannot be moved or altered. It’s only a law, so it does not live or exist anywhere. It is only a reaction.
Question: Before Anything – what existed ??
Well… nothing. However nothing is something that we call nothing. So by calling it something ( a name ) it is something.. called nothing. So the more nothing there is – the more something there is as well, because it becomes the same thing. It being two different things is only an illusion which is tricky to comprehend.
As in many philosophies including this one, the first thing that was created, was the light (yang). As the scientists say, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. So when the light was created, it automatically came with the shadow.
“There where the light falls, the shadows will rise. “
This is where Yin and Yang was born. The universe could not change the reactions that came with his creations. Every positive or beautiful thing he made – also created something on the opposite end of the universal spectrum. When he would take away something of Yin, he’s own creation on the Yang side also was taken away. It was taken by the balance, and in another way, by himself.
Yin became his own personal shadow- the reflection of his existence, another side within him. As time passed he experienced amazing moments, but as every moment passed, his Yin side experienced the complete opposite. Almost like he reached two roads and wanted to experience both at the same time. And the more amazing the first road became, the worse the other one became.
Living in reality, is living inside the mind of the universe.
Everything that exists today in 2013, still have the thoughts and feelings of the universe, because all of us are the universe. I believe all of us have one soul. We are all the same person, just looking out of different bodies, which has different brains, thoughts, upbringings, etc- which makes us different from one another. The reason many of you would deny this- is actually a feeling of the universe. He hated being alone. So much- that he did not want to believe that he was.
So think about it, would you have given up, or stopped when the other road became too hectic. Nope Just like many of us, the universe is also very curious. And throughout time- he pushed the limits of experience to the max. Which also led to the most sickening and evil thoughts, that exist today.
After a while, his Yin side experienced so much darkness and torment that it started to change his soul and manifested, almost like a split-personality. He could not ignore this dominating feelings and thoughts that Yin resonated. But he was determined to convince himself that this was not who he was and that side, was not a part of him. The unspeakable evil he never expected to know. So he talked to Yin as if he was someone else. His two sides slowly started to drift away from being one, both pushing each other away- and after a while they literally became two opposite entities, almost like they climbed out of one another. For being in one body of energy was not possible anymore.
Now that they were two free-roaming entities the law of the balance also had to change into two laws. Still the same, but now each side had its own law ( well not really ). The reason for this was that each side changed their surroundings at different times. So the law was applied to each individual action. What I meant with “not really”, is that Yin created more Yin and Yang created more Yang. But at the same time both of them created each other’s desires on the other side of the spectrum. So the law still stayed in place. The balance just became lenient, i.e. – It balanced out after a while rather than immediately. Later on when Yang created more yang – he did not have a choice, because Yin already created more yin than there was yang. So the Yang that yang created was only to balance the sides, rather than what he thought he wanted to create.
Both wanted their surroundings to represent their feelings within. So the race/game began. Who will win, who will have the most. Ironically - neither of them.
To understand this, look at it this way.
Yin built a castle with evil entities and energies surrounding it. He then tried to expand, but saw that Yang also had a castle, much more beautiful than his one. So he destroyed it, and built another castle in its place. Then when he returned to his first castle, it was gone and Yang had a castle in its place. ?????
Again the balance played its role. And this law even rules our lives. What you take will be taken – what you give will be given back. If you hurt someone – you are actually hurting yourself. With this theory we can learn more from each other, without needing the truth in words. If someone says you’re nothing, a loser, useless. He is actually telling you how he sees himself. We are talking to each other every day- but actually just talking to ourselves in the mirror of reality. But note that situations may vary and even bend this theory, making it unique. So if you’re girlfriend cheats on you and you call her a lying, cheating bitch- it does not say that you are the same. That is a specific situation. I am talking about general insults, etc. Remember that you can never be only Yang or Yin. Both is within us, our personality is based on both of their existence. You can force yourself to do only yang, however, I can guarantee that Yin will find you and inflict his energy upon you. Well Yin would not even know he’s doing it, but the balance will surely use his presence to equalize you. That is why life sucks. It is impossible to have a care-free life.
Best to keep an open mind.
After the sides got fed up with destroying each other’s creations they decided on what is known today as, “ The Union “ – but some say it is also known as the deal, where the side of yang got tricked.
This Union has been going on and off throughout the years. World war I and II, etc. in my opinion was when the union was broken. But then went back to it again, when the chaos became too much, leaving us with a peaceful world. But stirring in the background of our everyday lives we can still hear on the news the horror. The innocent killed by the guilty, etc. This is why Yang was tricked. They agreed on acceptance- each making one move after the other, but Yang never expected to see what Yin does in his free-time. While yang extracted himself from the picture, Yin ruled the universe. Yang did this; because he knew, what Yin takes away will be given back again, etc. Yang relied on the balance to sort out the mess, because dealing with that childish mentality was becoming more and more irritating every day…
For now I am going to stop this story, otherwise I may never stop. I hope it made you see the different perspectives which possibility can bring. Either way thanks for reading.
Remember that the purpose of life is that you have two choices: Build (yang) or Destroy (yin) – it is your choice what you want to be, and which side you want to support. Yin and yang is everywhere, in conversations, in situations and even in our minds. Just like the symbol shows- small circles inside each half, represents that there is a little bit of each one in the other. The balance of yin and yang varies from person to person. Some of has more yang than yin and some more yin than yang, i.e. 30%-70%, 60%-40%, 90%-10%, etc. But these percentages change everyday. You are not born with a specific amount of yin/yang. It all depends on your actions/thoughts and feelings. Inner peace comes from realizing the unity of opposites, when you start to use your yin to help your yang and visa versa. Relying on each other, sharing experience, working together as one, towards the same goal.
