There is a general verse that says " We never punish until We have sent a Messenger " , probably there are others I don't remember but I heard many sheikhs who said that God doesn't punish someone who didn't receive the message of Islam . And it's something logical anyway cause Allah is just . He says " The benefit of this world is little and the Hereafter will be better for him who fears God; and you shall not be wronged a whit.’ " . So no body will be oppressed or wronged in that day and everything , every action , or deed you have done or said in your life is recorded and you won't be oppressed an atom's weight of oppression .
