We know that was Aristiotle's opinion so are we to take it that it's also yours?

I didn't know Aristotle had said that, now I do, what am I to do with it I wonder, the realities are that I must do just that: seek paid work - as most must.

Notice any contradiction in your thoughts?

Or do you think any paid work cannot uplifit humanity? If so you appear to be contradicting your 'way'?

And if we added the word "unpaid" before M.L. King“s "labor" ?

"All unpaid labor that uplifts humanity .... "

WOW!

Thank you for bringing up this connection between two seemingly incongruent thoughts!

I personally would go with the quote from perhaps the greatest modern philosopher that I know of, Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr..

All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.
~~~ Martin Luther King, Jr. ~~~
Thank you for participating within this thread on this seemingly holy Martin Luther King Day here in the states.
