I think its probably okay to use pepper spray in the act of self defence, as a form of of temporary discomfort toward someone who might otherwise use aggressive force. It certainly didn't look like the police using the Pepper spray were doing it for this purpose though. If anything it was only as a form of intimidation, or demoralisation of the protesters. Which as the protesters seemed to be being peaceful there isn't no real justification for.

I have no idea why you are surprised at this Bill?

Your police force has routinely been doing this to your minorities for years! Were you complaining then?

In fact they pretty much just shoot them so this lot appear to be lucky.

When you percieved its a must due to some situations that can't be prevented..

We can use pepper spray for our self defence only! Its not legal to use a pepper spray to any one.
Why thats stupid police man use his pepper spray to those people.

When is it OK to spray someone with pepper spray? Only when he's got egg on his face.
