After the total destruction of the world economies let us build a new meme. Let us build with a new slogan.

What if we tried, Treat others as you yourself would like to be treated. As in, if you want a decent job, support decent jobs, as in treating other human beings the way that you would like to be treated.

Lets build with union concepts and contracts. That way, ethical treatment, along with a living wage and benefit package is specifically spelled out so that both parties of agreement know exactly what is expected of them. Sounds easy.


The present meme of the world economies sounds like this, Lets produce the cheapest product available, using slave wages or below slave wage, to generate the most profit possible.


This meme doesn’t seem to be working out too well right now because the chickens have come home to roost.

We are living in the deconstruction phase of the equation. Most of us will be dead before the construction part begins.

Hi, Bill. Seems odd to me that we individually can be (at least sometimes) intelligent, thoughtful, capable of planning so we don't fuck ourselves and our descendants too badly all at once; but then we don't seem able to act like that collectively.
I think this is why the attempts so far at socialism have rapidly become dictatorships.. There's got to be a way to crack that one.
Or we could just carry on consuming, buying and selling, electing governments on the basis of promises of continued economic 'growth'... till it crashes and burns.

Don't think it's a very good slogan, as it wold be compromized by suicidals, machocists and sociopaths just wouldn't care, though it's beautiful rethorics, you need some more rigid lines to compensate for the shortcomings in human's mentallity.

It does tend to make a bad first impression. I mean look at this one "super sticious stuff" - that it pretty OUT THERE.
I think many of us are now wondering what sort of education you might have had.
That is not necessarily a problem , but we shall see.

What is your interest in philosophy? DO you tend to align yourself with any particular philosophers?
