The mystery between Time and Quantum of light.

When quantum of light moves with constant speed c=1
the Time is constantly frozen,
Questions.
How does constantly frozen Time broke and variable time appear?
In which Reference frame the frozen Time exist?
Can the Time be changed by quantum of light?
In which Reference frame the variable time exist?
What is interaction between these two systems?

According to SRT time depends on speed.
According to GRT time depends on mass.
And I ask maybe mystical , maybe scientific question:
Is it possible that quantum of light has influence on the time?

My problem is the “special” metrics does not depend on speed direction - exactly whether the object is arriving or leaving. That is in case of incoming body the body’s force field comes to the subject nearly in the same time as body itself does (when body’s speed is high) so appropriate field acts shorter time then in outgoing case. Consider the veering of Mercury trace. There must be some source of tangential force. I believe it is just a difference between force integral of incoming and outgoing phase of Mercury moving.
