Modifying Word

I have only made one modification to Microsoft Word, and I did it decades ago. Due to how much I use it, I changed the Save Button. I added a very small macro to it. That macro gets added to every version of Word since. I think I made the macro either somewhere around Word 2. 0. What does it do? It adds a bookmark to the actual place I am working on in a document. So that every time I open a document, I push another button, a macro I also made, to go to that place in the document.

We have three necessary word processors, one for common grammar, one for arithmetic and algebra, and one for geometry. Imagine a single word processor which has faithfully integrated all three. That is what I hope for in the future.

Anyway, my save button translates into File Save with bookmark here. And, the extra button is simply Go to Here. What this means is that all of my word documents will usually have a bookmark somewhere in them.
