Back in '23, I did Chinese Classics, most of which is on the ISO file in the directory, I only put one pdf of that collection accessable from the directory page.

Anyway, I decided to put an intro to the Doctrine of the Mean with a geometric illustration.
It is a good idea to have a visual representation of what is meant by the mean, i.e., a geometric figure.
The mean stems from the result of comparison. We have three resultant states to name, less than, equal to, and greater than.
We name particulars of this as left and right, up and down, back and forward, evil and good, cold and hot, etc.
All of these can be represented by the mean, as Confucius notes, given any pair of correlatives, there is a mean between the extremes, which he also notes is the same as what we know as the Bible, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, or again, the Law of Reciprocity.
There are many ways which we talk about one and the same idea and how it is applied in any particular situation
So, I will do the Illustrated Doctrine of the Mean. I might even do it to illustrate how difference psychological mental platforms chooses which words to use to translate the original. Many people argue over particular words, when all they are trying to demand is their own psychological coloring of an original. It is their coloring which they call correct or not correct, ignoring the fact that they are attempting to limit the domain which is independent of any particular application. i.e., trying to turn a universal into their own chosen particular.
