Should there be limits to an individual's envy and greed in a society?

People feel certain ways.

Some feelings lead to unpleasant outcomes.

Envy and greed can lead to theft.

Acting on feelings is what humans do...

Maybe there should be no human society until all humans are guaranteed to behave "properly."

Anarchy...

Enforced "order"...
