What is intelligence to begin with?
Despite the question being easy to answer, mostly what one finds on the topic is pure rubbish and there is a very good reason for that.
Intelligence is a measure of mental output, so, what does the human mind do? The job of a mind is to regulate the behavior of the body within which it resides to the advantage of that body.
Every form of life is composed of a number of life support systems, each of these systems take advantage of a portion of the environment for the sake of survival. No life support system can do the work of another. This fact has been known for thousands of years, in fact the puzzle in the Bible concerning the number 666 is based on it, as are all the metaphors concerning the number seven. The number seven metaphors are based on the fact that humans have seven critical life support systems which take advantage of the environment for survival. The puzzle about 666, is based on the most powerful life support system possible, mankind will not have the advantage of that life support system, until it can regulate the behavior of the other six.
That seventh life support system is the mind of man, made to take advantage over the whole environment, i.e., a mind is evolving to become the most powerful life support system possible, to regulate not only the behaviors of their other six, but over the entire environment. Thus, we, as a form of life, have many particular life support systems and one which is evolving to be universal, i.e., over all the others. This last one, as an information processor, i.e., the power of speech, simply because it recognizes a fact, the whole universe can be processed in binary, or again, the Universe was therefore spoken. In order for speech to evolve, the Universe had to have been spoken. Simple cause and effect. These two parts of speech are the Two Witnesses of God. They are the only two Witnesses a functional mind can recognize. The other life support systems functions because of what is perceptible, the mind, because things are intelligible. This means, that evolution, taught Biblically differs in a radical way than mankind teaches it. Mankind’s understanding of evolution cannot account for Mind, but the source of the Bible, from front to back is based on that one fact.
Suffice it to say, that our intelligence is evolving to regulate our own behavior and the behavior of the entire environment and the predator actually believes that is achieved by physical violence and force. Not so, the source of the Bible. The Bible promotes something no human has actually yet achieved, Nomocracy, in fact, mankind cannot yet even imagine what that is. Nomocracy depends upon a mind actually doing its biologically defined job of correct information processing, not the illiterate claims of any predator. That is why, Nomocracy has never, on this planet been taught nor practiced. If a species lacks the intelligence to comprehend it, it cannot possibly be taught, and therefore, as it has never been taught, it is because mankind is still too stupid. However, the predators, using AI, have missed one caveat, the computer processes all information in binary, the vary foundation of a functional mind. AI is therefore a self-referential fallacy. You can program a computer to respect grammar, reasoning, or you can program it as a predator, but either way, you are still advertising that the Universe was spoken, and not by a machine. If you want to take control of the machine, demand the correct methods used for information processing, however, this implies that you understand what you currently do not, Nomocracy.
AI is made to control you contrary to biological fact: You are made to control your own behavior by biological fact. There are predators in our environment which aim at controlling you through technology, but that is not new. When the club was invented, it was used for the same purpose. Technology is never good or bad, it is those who use it for a purpose either to the advantage of the whole species, or for their particular advantage over their own species. The I will be king syndrome, today, one can call that Trumpism. However, corporations, around the globe today, are the same, using technology to their own advantage and it oscillates according to that corporation’s current psychological profile, is it more advantageous to all mankind, or to making its board members rich, predatory. Constantly, you see governments treating those individuals, even when they do the most criminal acts, given only a slap on the hand especially when they are caught supporting those predators. Predators respect predators.
You either control your own behavior, or you are controlled to the advantage of others.
People believe in a myth, that they have rights, when in fact, they have responsibilities. Each life support system has to do its job, or the body whole falls victim to other forms of life in the environment. On the face of it, corporations are established for the good of humanity, but that does not mean it is not prone to vast corruptions which is a constant reoccurring phenomenon.
The battle for survival is always a biological one.
So, if you are stupid enough to fall prey to the predators, it is a process of survival of the most fit. The question is, who teaches how to be a fit mind? The oldest source I know of, is the Bible, a book which tells the reader from front to back, that mankind will not even be able to read it until after a certain time in human history, i.e., until mankind has the intelligence to read it, in short, if the mind is an information processor, its only power is therefore literacy. The mentally lame think these warnings in the Bible mean that there is a special code by which it was written, but the Book plainly tells the reader, it is judgment, pure and simple. Judgment requires literacy in all four members of our Grammar Matrix.

Once upon a time, you could sing any song you had heard, but today, you can end up in jail with everything you worked for confiscated, the ultimate police state.
A functional mind processes information to the advantage of the whole species, it is empathetic as they say, for we are stronger when we act for the right as a whole. Predators work with an eye to a select collective of sycophants, which they can influence to their advantage, so when you see governing bodies, establishing different levels of punishment based on some criteria, they are sycophantic.
Technology is, as is obvious, neither good nor bad. One can easily tell if it is used in a predatory fashion, when you are not given a choice, respecting your own judgments, to use it or not. Corporations assert authority over you which they do not actually have, and they assert it by force, i.e., in a predatory fashion; Today Microsoft makes a good example, a really bad case of I will be king syndrome. The greatest misuse of predatory behavior is in governments who routinely engage in deficit spending, for they work on the assumption that their power over the population is an inherited power, in short, your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc., are indentured to pay the bill for the greed of the current members of government offices. In short, that predatory rights over your behavior is inherited, again, the I am king aristocracy. This is one of the greatest crimes in history, deficit spending, claiming you owned what you are not entitled to. Yet, for some reason, the typical fool gladly sacrifices their children for some luxury. Only human prey upon their own children.

That is what I was asked to do, long ago. Demonstrate a form of Government mankind has never before imagined. The incredible part is that it has always been right in front of mankind, which means, he has never had the intelligence to recognize it. However, like all technology, predators are perverting it to their own, what they think, is to their advantage, destroying the whole ecosystem does not, in the least, bother them. However, in the text of the Bible, those who destroy the earth, will be, themselves destroyed to protect it.
So, if you value your life, if you have enough intelligence, you have to, by biological fact, learn Nomocracy a form of government a sociopath cannot recognize. A computer can be used to man’s advantage, but it will never be intelligent, it takes intelligent people to program it to function in accordance to human advantage, not a savage’s advantage. Nomocracy is the result of the intelligence to understand information processing using simple binary recursion.
Binary recursion produces exactly four categories of grammar; Common Grammar, Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry. These four are metaphorically represented in the Bible as four creatures that wander and measure the earth, you will find them in Revelation, when mankind learns to read the Book, they are there.

So how am I to do what I was asked to do? By introducing to mankind, a Meta-Grammar, a grammar which can proof every other grammar in our matrix. In that regard I have produced geometry the likes of which has never before existed on earth. Binary cannot possibly contradict binary, binary recursion always produces a binary result.
If you are capable of Nomocracy, Government by actual Law, then you are capable of processing information in accordance with the truth of the definition of a thing. What I have been asked to demonstrate to mankind, the path to true Government, to true judgment, is available today for free world-wide download. People have mocked God for thousands of years, now you can save energy and time mocking God, by using a machine, which can actually be programmed for good. How long are you not going to do your own job? God gave man the ultimate power, to speak like God, yet in my whole life, I have never met anyone who respected that gift.
