Google allows scammers such as the above, to advertise on YouTube, to my way of thinking, that makes them complicit.

Anyone disagree with this?

What is that Youtuber's scam?
And yes, I would generally agree, especially since they often take down alternative views of things, they ought to take down clear abusers on the monetary end.
