I am so confused!

I bought the 8pack with charging box of Philips Li batteries.
One of them was bad, completely open, so I asked for a replacement battery.
They sent me the whole thing, box and all, to replace the one battery.
Now, how do I know, which one in the new box, replaces for the one that was shit canned?
I am really going to lose sleep over this.
