FCC and the FDA agreement

Today herald's a new era of partnership between the FCC and the FDA starting with an Law signed by both branches of government. Starting on the first day of the new fiscal year, publishers of certain material will require that the buyer of such merchandise has to display the possession of an available condom or hazmat suit before purchase.
Failure to comply with this new law is punishment by Ostrichization, or you get the bird.
