I've quit or refused job offers before because the companies were engaging in immoral behavior. I've also kept a decent paying job for a company that engaged in immoral behavior because I liked the rank and file workers there and got along with them and was too lazy to go job hunting and just wanted to stick with what I had.

It was wrong to work for an immoral company. I'll have that forever in my mental record. But it was a decent paying job. I was only the receptionist and not making all that much overall compared to most others but it was a decent paying job for receptionists and the way that company operated was wrong, not because they broke laws but because the laws were skewed in favor of unsustainable business practices. I should have left as soon as I learned how the company operated. Unfortunately, it was how many housing companies were operating at the time. It was during the housing boom and I was the receptionist for a title company that was profiting off of the lax rules running the industry that were in place at the time.
