That must be false. For, if it were true, I'd not be able to gather any information from your use of those words (since they're only sounds).
On the other hand, if you say "well there are different sounds that convey different kinds of information... so you can still understand what i mean" I'd say you just inadvertently created a language in which there aren't only sounds but also information.
So you're fucked either way with that claim.
