How many people know that the form of Government that mankind will someday achieve is called Nomocracy. That is in the Bible, and that is what Plato was aiming at. He had to make what he was saying a bit obscure, as in those days, one could be quickly killed for maintaining it. The same is true in all around the world.

Government by Law. Now, what do you think the word Law means? Something pulled out of the ass of some politician? Or is it factually the product of correct computation. Every grammar system is a means of computing using four specific methods expressed in Common Grammar, Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry. Four methods of effecting true binary recursion.
You cannot achieve Nomocracy being illiterate.

That is why it is said, No one will even be able to read until that time, and nobody will be free.

Nomocracy is achieved by a reciprocal relationship. You free your grammar systems, then they can free you.
As the Bible notes, as Confucius note, as Plato noted, etc. No one can be free when they treat the only power they can every have as a slave to their own stupidity.
The truth will set you free.

Microsoft word comes up with a perfect sentence, grade level 7.7.
