Tripartite Society
Law can be created by the state or simply as a social norm. There is a tripartite division in the extremes or ultimate forms of human society that are lawabiding. That in which people are serfs or slaves of the state, or its rulers: that in which people work for their own benefit with no more charity than the workhouse: and thirdly people working for the benefit of corporate society, at it various levels. These ultimates, can be defined in other ways according to the aspects of society that are in mind. It is obvious that ‘freedom’ relates very little to the serf state, whereas it relates in radically different ways to the alternative societies. Ego relates to the serf state and personal autonomy society. Social responsibility in radically different forms relates to both the state and corporate societies.
But human society must not forget natural and environmental society. The way it is used will vary in the same three ways, at the ultimate. The ideal corporate society will intrinsically care for the whole of nature compatible with human existence, and environmental stability. Since not to do so is chaos, so must the other two forms of ultimate society care for nature to a sufficient degree. But may only do so to the extent that it serves individual egos, or purposes of state. Our present world and country has a laissez-faire attitude that is certainly not sympathetic to altruistic corporate society, and is irresponsible to a degree that endangers the world.

Tripartite fatuity. Well done for staying almost on-topic, impy!
