Anyone can sue anyone for anything. The real question is can you convince 12 people who can't get out of jury duty that you're right.

Little gems like these prove the non-existence of god all the time. One simply can't attribute any intelligent design to such a thing. Or, if there is a god and this was intelligently designed.... what for? What business is it of mine that such a thing exists? Could the purpose be to disgust me, to tell me "you are not equal to this thing, and you should be outraged even to be on the same planet".
I have to absolutely rule out the abrahamic god because i will never believe that i am equal to this thing or that i should treat it as my neighbor, etc.
Now a mad god who designed a shit world so higher types could experience the exhilaration of destroying ugly things... that's something i might get on board with.

Prom, no intelligent creator God would create a dysfunctional socially unacceptable society made of talking apes.
Even I have more intelligence than God. Nope there’s definitely no God.

Not necessarily. If there were only talking apes in this world I'd believe what you say more easily. But there's me, and I seem to be very intelligently designed... so maybe there is a god but just not the god that talking apes or their christian sympathizers think exists.
As i said, no god of mine would count me as equal to that... that thing in that video.

Just imagine a God that created the entire universe just so a hairless talking ape could take centre stage. Now that’s what I call entitlement.
