Is the Buddhist tetralamma,

Both A and Not A
Neither A nor Not A,
as a fourfold negation a paradoxical distinction of existence by the nature of negation being a negative limit, ie what a thing is not, thus a paradoxical positive by nature of it's existence as a distinction?
