what is a computer?
a series of on and off switches...
but the programs we install/create can be so wonderful...
we can align the switches (programming) to say anything....
"I am Truth"
"I am God"
obey your master, it is the "smartest and wisest and most logically perfect gospel according to binary algorithms"
who needs to think? your computer will compute and tell you everything you need to know
3+5? ask "google"
Skynet doesn't need armaments to destroy/enslave the planet...

Comment: His demonstration proved the point. I suppose if you have enough mooring line attached to the soon-to-be underwater dock, and you’re at the beginning of the surge and not in the debris field, a boat will just rise with the tide and if the hatches are battened down, it’s a rough windy ride but a relatively safe place. A rising tide floats all boats.
What are the odds that the mayor of Tampa was lying about the police saving Lt. Dan?
What are the odds that Lt. Dan is lying?
How are we to know?
What authority will settle this to the satisfaction of all?
