The actual crime is being unliked by Democrats, but since that isn’t illegal the charges had to be around business fraud for the purpose of making an illegal contribution to Trump’s campaign.

The constitution of the USA forbids bringing legal charges against a member of the government (i.e. members of the Supreme Court, Congress, or President/Vice President).

Trump's conviction is a charge from before he was president.

What really concerns me is the fact that he wasn't cuffed (shackled) immediately after conviction of the felony. We had a good run though. We almost had 300 years of republic.
