Some of them actually get PMS, and I'd be careful even with what one jokes with. There have already been uterus transplants combined with immune suppression for transwomen. I'm sure the technology will only get better, though it's not a smart choice yet. 20 years and they might remove your brain and pop into a semi-cloned body with as much of your DNA as possible, but enough to get it to be a woman's body. Transgendering is going to get easier and more effective.

When you see those big lipped, barely expressive mouths from plastic surgery, you are seeing the early warning signs of a completely artificial future. Though I think AI and nanotech are going to get to the artificiality singularities first.
