You have to ask what made those Palestinian boys attack with such brutality in October. Crawling from the wreckage of Gaza now are yet another generation of orphans with little hope and few prospects of a decent life, angry at "jews" for what they have done to their homes, schools, hospitals, and the lives of their families. I despair of the world. Gaza is starving; being starved by Israel.
The US amongst huge publicity air drops enough to feed 1.17% of the population for one day.
Despite warnings of the danger, one crate strikes a group of children killing one outright.
THe horror of being killed from the air.
Meanwhile another account of the IDF raiding a home killing the adults in front of the children in the home; leaving them calling the children out to hav their kneecaps shot. IN the ambulance driving through a "safe zone" the ambulance is shot up and the paramedics critically injured. The children suffer in the stopped ambulance with no help except a dying ambulance driver.

Now Biden makes his grand speech to build a beach head for fear of losing votes. How many more children wull die of starvation whilst this jetty is being built?

The first act of resistance against the ruling mafia is to stop listening to them. The second act is to forget everything that they have told you and that you may accidentally have believed.

Children, especially boys, know this very well.

They increasingly spit, pee, and shit on their teachers. The children are, of course, completely right. It is important to learn from a very young age never to show any respect for the mouthpieces of the regime. Every time these teachers turn their backs and face the whiteboard, it is an act of resistance to throw stones at them.

Now that the mainstream media are dead, teachers are the last effective bulwark of official regime propaganda.

First you did not define the term 'terrorism' and 'terrorist'.

From my objectivist and moral realists point of view, any killing of humans by humans is evil and immoral.
Every act of human killing humans must be condemned and prevented as far as possible.
But we need to take into consideration there are degrees of evilness and immorality and give different emphasis in respective of their degrees of evilness and immorality in the existing circumstances and constraints.

In the OP contexts you compare the Israel killing of Hamas terrorists and Gaza civilians by the IDF directly with Hamas terrorists act of Oct 7.

The Israel war in Gaze is constraint by the Constitution of Israel, so was the 'invasion' by Clinton, Bush, and Obama which were constraint by the US Constitution. This is evil and immoral, but their attack is not within the ambit of the term 'terrorism' because civilians killed were not done deliberately and intentionally.

The attack by terrorists in Oct 7 was a free for all without any self-constraints and deliberately target civilians, the age, and even babies, and given the opportunity they would have killed whoever [as evident Jews and non-Jews] is in Israel as sanction within their charter.

IF Israel exists with the same unrestraint conditions as Hamas, they could have easily kill ALL or the majority of Palestinians in the Gaza strip, but they don't. Instead they took steps [as evident] to avoid killing civilians.

It is the same with Clinton, Bush, and Obama; they could have killed as many Muslims as possible in those Muslims countries they went in for some legalized purpose within their constitution.
However, it would not the same for organized Muslims, they will kill the maximum of non-Muslims because that is sanction by their God; if they don't do it they may not get to go to paradise with eternal life for being non-compliant in the given situation.

Any killing of humans by humans must be condemned and prevented.
Your OP views are too narrow, shallow, dogmatic and bankrupt because you did not take into account the nuances within the degrees of what is immorality and evilness.
