I was reading a lot of Kastrup's book and articles until I detected his claims are fundamental that of philosophical realism.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosophical_realism
I did not bookmarked the reference, I got to find it.
Nevertheless his views are worth reading but one need to note Analytic Idealism is fundamentally philosophical realism.
The terms 'realism' and 'idealism' are not mutually exclusive but interchangeable depending on context, e.g.
Transcendental Idealism goes with Empirical Realism and vice-versa.
The present use of the term 'realism' and 'idealism' are very colloquial.

Some of us don'\t have 100 minutes to spare to see if the topic is worth discussing.
Can you summarize what you think it says?

To be honest, I don't have the 100+ minutes to watch it again and summarise. Long story short, it's Kastrup banging on about analytic idealism. It's fun, as I remember, but pure metaphysics. It's in my "interesting idea' pile.
