Putin is a he man who likes women. If we ship him 1000 blow up dolls, do you think that will make him happy enough to stop fucking up the world?

Does anyone want to give this a try? Can we establish a connection with Russia to make sure the shipment arrives at its intended address?

I don't know what the medical profession thinks, but it seems to me that power lust is a diagnosis that is absolutely incompatible with power just as pyromania is incompatible with fire. Anyone who is diagnosed as such should be prohibited by law from holding any position of power.
Putin is, of course, a tragic example, but it is even more tragic that there are those who seek to profit from it.
