Mmmm, no.
I don't know what gets into me sometimes; just crazy, I guess.

It was the title of a Youtube video that popped up, "Is God Necessary?"; I didn't watch it, but before I new what had happened I had started a thread and answered the question. Don't tell me that's never happened to you.
Can't say it has Harbal, but far wackier things have!Harbal wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 11:42 pmIt was the title of a Youtube video that popped up, "Is God Necessary?"; I didn't watch it, but before I new what had happened I had started a thread and answered the question. I don't understand it either, because I didn't watch the video.attofishpi wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 11:48 pmCan't say it has Harbal, but far wackier things have!
I still don't understand the question, but no could be the right answer.![]()
I honestly think I may have stumbled on a utube vid of that name - although there are probably a lot of them.Harbal wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 11:56 pmI don't understand it either, because I didn't watch the video.attofishpi wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 11:48 pmCan't say it has Harbal, but far wackier things have!

No, I'm not aware of any gaps I need him to fill.attofishpi wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:01 amI honestly think I may have stumbled on a utube vid of that name - although there are probably a lot of them.Harbal wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 11:56 pmI don't understand it either, because I didn't watch the video.attofishpi wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 11:48 pm

How about this, if you knew God does exist, can you think of anything that would be necessary to come from its existence?
Personally I think consciousness itself requires this God entity to exist (as it does at the backbone to what we perceive).Harbal wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:06 amNo, I'm not aware of any gaps I need him to fill.attofishpi wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:01 amI honestly think I may have stumbled on a utube vid of that name - although there are probably a lot of them.

Maybe you're right; who knows? I certainly don't.attofishpi wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:15 amPersonally I think consciousness itself requires this God entity to exist (as it does at the backbone to what we perceive).Harbal wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:06 amNo, I'm not aware of any gaps I need him to fill.attofishpi wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:01 am

I've said it before on the forum, much like a component in an electrical circuit 'works' via cathode\anode our QUALIA operates from the light, to dark matter\energy. We 'consume' the light back to the dark, and this ever evolves the universe eternally.
God is extrememly efficient. IMO God is EVERYTHING and that includes dark matter\energy.
I had a thought earlier this morning about the European spacecraft recently launched, a forget its name, but has been launched the other day to attempt study this mysterious dark energy\matter and I thought to myself, imagine if scientists real eyes the way it is structured could only come about via an intelligence.![]()
All I know is, Jesus is the Christ and we are in a God system. Through Christ Je sus we are able to sus it out.Harbal wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:27 amMaybe you're right; who knows? You have no idea about God as with ALL atheists..and you likely will never know.Veritas Aequitas wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 4:21 am Does It Matter Whether God Exists or Not?

Obviously whether god exists or not, do matter to theists who are clinging to God like a drowning person clinging to a twig.
God matters to theists as a balm to soothe their very painful cognitive dissonances arising from an inherent unavoidable existential crisis.
I posted the above in the wrong thread;attofishpi wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 4:31 amYou have no idea about God as with ALL atheists..and you likely will never know.Veritas Aequitas wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 4:21 am Does It Matter Whether God Exists or Not?

I know with 99.9999999% certainty it exists and we are indeed in a God system.
This ridiculous argument of yours can play two ways (for atheists and theists):- ".. to soothe their very painful cognitive dissonances arising from an inherent unavoidable existential crisis."
Imagine burning in HELL forever, maybe that's why atheists cling to their hope that there is NOT a God, since they know what sins they have committed.![]()
Very well observed.

When all distance collapses, you are no longer looking into the world; all of the world is looking out of you.
In / Out where is that?
