an understanding of justice/equality...

justice is the principle of equality, justice is political,
judicial equality...but for justice, the act of equality to
actually stand for justice/equality, it must be applied
to everyone equally...thus if we deny rights to gay or trans
people, we are denying justice to these people if we also
give others those same rights, we deny the gay/trans people...
this inequality, this denial of rights to one group of people
is the denial of justice to all.. for justice to be applied
to all, it cannot be denied to some.. regardless of the
reasons given... so, when gays and trans people are denied
medical treatment because they are trans or gay, that is justice
denied to all... for equality only works if all are given the rights,
not just some..... if some people get rights denied to others, that
is not justice/equality...

and that is the entire basis of the "don't say gay" movement in Florida,
for example... if we deny some rights, then we deny everyone rights...
if we deny gays rights because they are gay, then we have removed
justice/equality from the law... because for something to be just,
it must be equally applied to everyone....

and the same goes true for economic equality... if we give some
economic equality but deny it to others, we are not engaging in
in justice/equality.....justice must be applied to everyone, in
all aspects of life or it isn't justice/equality... we live in an unjust society,
we live in an unjust state.. and actions must be taken to correct this
denial of justice/equality...but Kropotkin, why?

"we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal"

and in that sentence comes the rational for justice/equality for all...
all men are created equal and thus must be treated justly politically,
socially, economically, legally..... or the entire Declaration of Independence
is built on a phony lie... if all men are created equal, then we must,
must treat all men/human beings equally, in all forms and all states...

and given the lack of justice/equality given to minorities, people
of color, gender and sexual orientation, we cannot, cannot claim
to be a just or fair society... for we treat some differently
than others based on lies we tell ourselves... that the black person is
inferior, or the gay/trans person is immoral, violating the laws of god..

(I ask, which god?... I know this may come as a surprise to some, but
there really is more than one god, more than just the Christian god..
there are literally hundreds of god, which one should we hold true to?
some will say, this country, America is a Christian country,
so we hold to the god in the country we were born in, not necessarily
the god who is true?.. so everyone should hold to the god present in
the country they were born in? that is exactly what you are saying, in saying
we must hold to the god of America)

justice to some, is a denial of justice to all... for justice to be justice, it must
include everyone, or it isn't justice/equality

Justice can be delivered, it's just that the process is at present unfeasible except in very rare cases.
