Philosophy Now Forum

Hello world. I'm a new user from USA/Canada. I'm excited and eager to have conversations about various philosophical topics as I have very little opportunity to do so in real life. I haven't read philosophy in awhile, but I am eyeing Sophie's World since it was such a great book. Generally I focus on what society considers "hard sciences" so subjects at the intersection of engineering, physics, and statistics, but I feel like a grounding in philosophy would be quite useful for me. Also, this website seems very old fashioned and is using an outdated UI.
