Humility is not the same as abasement. Humility is " negative capability".
To be able to live as if you can be certain of nothing is an achievement founded on freedom . Arrogance is founded on fear,
There is a question at the heart of being : how should I live? God is not the answer, as God can't be known. God is not this not that and not anything we can say . Negative theology is the only reasonable theology.
We seek the answer to "how should I live?" from arts, sciences, and philosophy. We accept answers from bad men at our peril, therefore humility is not the same as abasement.
