Truth is an instance of reality or, the body of knowledge that continuously replicates.

If it keeps being the same way every time you check it, it's true for all intents and purposes.

The validation of Truth rests in that replication. The more stable it is, the more true it is. This applies both to physical measurements and to the relationships of logic.

To grok truth, grok the arrow's transition from total stillness, to total motion. Don't blink.

It's never totally still, but while it's at rest it's acting as part of a larger whole where the energy is in the tension of the bowstring. That tension releases as the string shortens by pushing the arrow forward. Then the arrow separates from the string.

The change is always actively occuring, back to the burning of fuel for energy in the stomach that is being transmitted to the location of the muscle tension holding back the bowstring.
