Those with the right dose of DELUSION are more likely to produce the offspring of 1 and 2 - whereas those who see 3 for what is actually is are unlikely to want to reproduce it.

I'd classify the first part of your commentary as scientifically reasonable, whereas the second part is an apparent moral ambiguity.

there's the Truth
whether one acknowledges the Truth or not
or, what you want the truth to be.
anything else is horse dump to muddy what the truth is in this case

Like the moon, the dark side of the elephant is unknown, and thus assumed with scientific reasoning, and scant data.
